How long does shipping take?  

  • U.S. Orders: We'll process orders within 1-3 business days after purchase.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information. 
  • International orders:  We'll process orders within 1-3 business days after purchase.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information. International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. 

**We do not accept cancellations of orders while an item is already transit. We  DO NOT OFFER refunds during the time the item has shipped since it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices and quality products we offer.

How can I track my order?

Where are your products from? 

All of our current suppliers are located in China.  We ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers an additional shipping + packaging cost.

    Can I still make changes to my order?

    We are happy to help you with any wishes you may have. Please contact us at info@glamorousbay.com if you need to make a change to your order. If the item hasn't been shipped yet it shouldn't be a problem to make any changes. Once the product has shipped we might not be able to make any changes anymore, but you may return or exchange your order once you receive it.

    I didn't get all of my items.

    For logistic reasons items will sometimes be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost.   

    What currency can I pay in?

    You can pay in your own currency! All our prices will be displayed in your countries currency at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
